How to build a webpage with notepad in cameroon.  

To build a webpage with notepad, :

1. Open the notepad app
2. Type in the html tag.
3. Click on save as
4. Change "save as type" from "text document.txt" to "all files"
5. Choose a file name and add ".HTML" (dot html) behind the name eg. Example.html
6. Save the documents to desktop 
7. Open the file using an internet browser
