To buy online,

1. Open jumia Cameroon (either the app or the website)
2. Login to your account ( if you don't have an account yet, you can sign up for jumia using Google or Facebook for free)
3. Search for what you want to buy and add to cart
4. Proceed to checkout.      
5. Confirm location and confirm payment method (or you can call jumia customer service to order goods)

If you are using browser, open Google and search jumia Cameroon. Open the official jumia Cameroon website.

With both the app and the website, you can browse the categories of goods (electronics, kitchen utencils, furniture etc). Also for quick search, just click on the search field and type in the keyword for what you want to buy eg black watch or Samsung galaxy s10.  

Many different items will be displayed with their various prices. You can open to see description about the item. When you see what you want to buy, click on it.  Now here you can either call to order, proceed to checkout or pay on delivery.
However in Cameroon, for certain locations eg Bamenda, jumia does not do payment on delivery for some few reasons. However this can be done in Douala, Yaoundé etc. If you want to call to order, use this number to call jumia 696666601. If you want to pay online, jumia supports mobile money payment both  MTN mobile money and Orange mobile money. also jumia supports bank payments. Fill in your phone number or bank account details and confirm payment. 

If you want to pay on delivery, choose your location (configure locations under account settings) and confirm order. You will receive a call by jumia to confirm order. You can also confirm order by a message which will be sent to your e-mail.  

all what is left is for you to collect your good at the location.
